At SuccesLab, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our CRM platform (the “Service”).

SuccesLab is the data Processor for end-user data processed through our CRM software, and the Controller for data related to our direct customers and website visitors.

- Name, email, company name
- Phone number (if provided)
- Billing address and payment details
b. Usage Data
- Log data (IP address, device type, browser)
- Page views and actions within the platform

c. Customer Data (CRM Content)
- End-user contact data entered by you into the system
- Notes, tags, custom fields, etc.
Note: You (as our customer) remain the Data Controller of CRM data you upload.

- For analytical or security purposes
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
